HMG-200 湿法制粒机

HMG-200 High Shear Mixer

湿法制粒机是粉末混合制粒的理想设备，广泛用于制药、食品、化工、美容等行业。

The high speed Mixer&Granulator is ideal for mixing and granulating wet powder. Machine is applicable widely in pharmaceuticals, chemical industry, etc.

进料 Feed

两种方式：真空上料和重力上料

Two options: Vacuum loading or gravity loading.

• 真空上料

 带自动除尘装置，包括：真空泵、连接器、柔性软管、不锈钢管、布袋过滤器和阀门 等。通过脉冲反吹方式实现自动除尘。这种类型适用于水平的生产流程。

• 重力上料

 粉末从上层进入，或者从提升装置的料桶进入。这一类型适用于垂直的生产流程。粉末通过料仓盖板上的一个进料口进入。这个口同时用于安装粘合剂的加料口。

• Vacuum loading:

Including deusting system, vacuum pump, soft connections, pipe, bag filter and valves. Pulse     purge automatically. Suitable for horizontal mode.

• Gravity loading:

Powder is charged from up floor or IBC on lifting machine. Suitable for vertical model.

混合 Mixing

• 锅体为圆柱+圆锥设计，锅体直径大，圆柱段矮，圆锥段高，混合效率高；锅体圆角R60毫米，制粒效果好。

• 主搅拌桨可以自动提升以便清洗后进行检查。

• 制粒刀可进行调速。主轴和制粒刀轴设计有单向流动气阀；气密封的流速和压力可进行检测和控制，防止粉末和水分进入。

• 通过扭矩、时间检测图表自动检测和判定终点。

• Vessel design: Enlarged diameter, shorten height design, bottom R60mm and longer chopper can ensure material even cutting and get better granulation result.

• Agitator lifting automatically for cleaning and maintenance.

• Main shaft is specially designed, easily to assemble/ disassemble for maintenance/ replacement or horizontal air seal and vertical air seal.

• Torque measurement and running time to determine end point.

供液系统 Liquid supply system

供液通过设备PLC进行连接和控制，由以下组成：蠕动泵，内置控制器。

不同尺寸的喷嘴，适用于不同粘合剂。

自动提桨 Agitator Lifting

• 搅拌桨带有特殊的重型电机，软启动，可调速，适用于不同的物料。

• 主搅拌浆可以自动提升以便清洗后进行检查。

• Agitator with haevy duty motor and VFD-soft start, soft stop.

• Agitator lifting automatically for cleaning and maintenance.

在线整粒 Online wet mill

• 物料可通过出料口下方的在线整粒过滤进行过滤。过滤网安装在一个自给铰链上，快速的连接到出料单元。如果不用，此过滤器可进行旋转。过滤电机隐藏在制粒机平台包层里，电线等都是隐藏的。

• Built-in at discharge of HMG, speed variable by VFD.

WIP在位清洗 WIP (washing in place)

水通过主轴自动进入，提供锅盖和出料口位置带清洗喷嘴，通过自动程序实现进水和排水。

Spray nozzles located on the lid and discharge port. supply and discharge water automatically viz control system.

如果是有机工艺，设备就会设计成耐高压型，防爆12bar 或者16bar.设备密闭传输到流化床干燥制粒机和干整粒/提升装置来实现整个制粒过程。

12bar or 16bar pressure resistance solution is available for organic material. Closed transfer to fluid bed dryer granulator and lifting dry mill.

FBDG-200 流化床制粒机

FBDG-200 Fluid Bed Dryer Granulator

概述 Overview

流化床制粒机具有多种功能，可进行干燥、制粒，并通过料舱下面的45°底筛板进行切线喷实现微丸包衣。

Multifunction: Drying, granulation and pellet coating with incline cutting, (45°) bottom plate.

Granulation of fine powders: tangential spray of top spray. Coating fine particles and pellets: tangential spray.

捕集室 Filter housing

单腔，带布袋过滤器，通过气缸抖动：干燥过程是间歇的。双腔，带布袋过滤器，或者单腔带筒式过滤器(布或不锈钢)，通过脉冲反吹自动除尘：过滤器清洁过程中干燥过程是持续的。

For single chamber: Bag filter, auto dedusting by pulse jet. Interval operation.

For double chamber: Bag filter or SS filter, auto dedusting by pulse jet. Continue operation.

料仓底板 Bottom plate (Incline cutting 45°)

斜切的螺旋流使颗粒沸腾均匀，干燥迅速，出料后无物料累积到筛网及过滤器上。

45° incline cutting output spiral air flow and have benefits of:

• Even distribution of air;Quick Drying;

• No material remain after discharging;

• No spray loss.

切线喷 Tangential spaying

• 喷枪45°倾斜定位于料舱底板以保证均匀的包衣。此切线喷可用于传统顶喷和底喷，显著减少加工时间。

• 可采用近红外光谱仪用于监控和决定湿度和在线成分均匀性及实际时间；通过粒子计数器检测物料颗粒尺寸。

• Spray gun is fixed on the bottom plate in 45°, which ensure the even coating. This solution significantly saves time than traditional processing.

• Near in frared spectrometer can be used for monitoring and determing the humidity, ingredient uniformity and running time. Particle counter can chek the particle distribution.

LT-200 提升机

LT-200 Lifting Dry Mill

概述 Overview

LT-200提升机，带在线整粒，与流化床制粒机的出料口密闭连接。整粒之后，颗粒直接出料到料桶里。

LT-200 Lifting dry mill, closed connection with FBDG for dry milling. After milling, material is discharged to IBC.

• 系统利用通过流化床的高效过滤器的洁净的风，保证干燥后的物料不受污染。

• 滚珠螺杆和滑块(无链条)用于提升和下降。

• Hot and moist air from inlet AHU of FBD will ensure the cleaning of the material.

• Ball screw and sliding block in lifting and lowing system without chain.

捕集室 Filter housing

过滤器(布袋过滤器/布式筒式过滤器/不锈钢筒式过滤器)用于自动除尘。

Filter (bag filter / cloth cartridge filter / stainless steel cylinder filter) for automatic dust removal.

在线整粒 Online dry mill

可以根据提升立柱移动。不使用时，整粒可以选择到另一侧，使物料可以直接从流化床吸入到料桶里。

Lifting and lowering dry mill, material hopper and filter housing together is possible. Discharging hight adjustable. Dry mill is swing design. Material can be loaded into IBC directly without milling.

安装

Installation

穿墙设计根据清洁，维修和防爆是最好的选择。在技术区和GMP房间内有一面墙进行隔离。这是一个清晰的密闭概念，包括易爆区隔离满足了防爆需求。电机，驱动，电源线不在加工间，设备易清洁。所有的维修和服务都在技术区进行，无需进入GMP房间。

• 根据设施需求，比如说地板空间，房间高度产品等设计成水平或者垂直。

• 水平生产更加受欢迎，由于其不过分受布局设施影响。

• Through-the-Wall design is the best solution for cleaning, repair and explosion proof. The wall between the technical room and cleaning room can isolate the motor, wire and driving from cleaning room. Easy for cleaning. All troubleshooting and service in technical room.

• Machine can be designed in horizontal model or vertical model according to customer site situation.
